You’ll be joining an amazing, life-changing and passionate medical center in beautiful Santa Barbara, where your patients will expect excellence. You will develop your skills and learn from a practice that is already achieving incredible results with its patients.

You’ll be highly skilled in IV nutrient therapy and focused on a few specific patient demographics and looking to develop your patient base. We are specifically looking for an ND with specializations like pediatrics, adjunctive cancer care, but will consider other areas of focus as well. In the first three months, you’ll have the security of a stable salary base to enable you to establish yourself and from then on your income potential will be up to you! (currents doctors making 150K+ annually).

Continuing education is subsidized, as you will need to be an expert in your chosen area. Our office is set up for you to build a practice quickly by providing patient coordination, marketing support, inventory management, lab processing and IT support to allow you to focus on your patients. You will be expected to grow your patient base by attending marketing events, assisting with social media/ blogs/ webinars and by getting involved in our community, etc. We offer hourly pay with benefits including malpractice insurance, health insurance, retirement plan and performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do

As an LVN on our team, you will:

• Prepare, administer, and monitor IVs, IM injections, lab draws, and specimen processing

• Keep treatment rooms clean, instruments sterilized, and supply inventory stocked

• Assist providers with patient intake—vitals, EMR documentation, labs, imaging prep

• Educate patients on medications, lab procedures, and supplement protocols

• Manage refill requests, prescriptions, and liaise with pharmacies

• Participate in health fairs, team meetings, and clinic promotion efforts

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• An active LVN with phlebotomy certification, skilled in IV/IM procedures and lab protocols 

• A clear, confident communicator with strong organization and time‑management skills

• Motivated, dependable, and able to adapt with a positive, patient-first attitude

• Proficient with EMRs and basic Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications & Experience

• LVN license in California

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician

• Experience in IV infusion, intramuscular injection, and lab specimen processing

• Previous LVN experience preferred, with on‑the‑job training available
